We kindly ask that for all events, you provide a response for how your name appears on your invitation, 
for each attending guest and each event.

(i.e. if you are coming as a couple, please submit two responses,
one for each of you. If you are responding as a family and there are 4 members of your household, please submit a total of four responses.)
